James Kho CFACEO
has over 18 years of investment banking & advisory and regulatory experience.

Prior to that, he is in asset management and also previously held several key positions in investment banking and corporate finance departments of international banks and major local brokerage houses focusing on capital markets.

He is involved in several successful exit transactions via the capital market and trade sale. He started his career with SGX, involving in the review of listing applications and ensure compliance of listed companies.

He is an independent director of 4 SGX listed companies. He oversees the day to day operations of the Willan and the setting up of Funds.

He oversees the origination and execution of potential investment opportunities and plan for the optimum exit strategic for each investment.

Tina ChenGeneral Manager
of Willan Asset in Tianjin has more than 20 years of extensive experience in business strategic planning and operations, finance and education.

She was involved in the implementation of international standards and it respective standards certification when she is with TUV Rheinland Technology Co Ltd. Also, she teaches tourism and lead related research work in Tianjin University of Commerce. She has obtained her Masters Degree in Tourism from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and further obtained her MBA in Beijing University.

She oversees business operations of Willan Asset Tianjin. She is also in responsible for investments, financing, enhancement and sale of commercial and hospitality assets.

Lim Hong SiangExecutive Director
has more than 35 years of experience in investment and overall business operations in international trade in industrial base materials, oil and gas and food ingredients.

He has fostered strategic business relationships from major economies in Asia and cities in Africa over the years in his businesses.

He is also owned and involved in real estate developments in Singapore.

He is overall in charge for the finance, administration and compliance matters for Willan. He is also involved in due diligence and the setting up of Funds with external professionals.

Xie Fei CFPPartner
has over 17 years of international banking experience. She has spent 11 years with Bank of China and 6 years in Standard Chartered Bank. She is the first batch of professionals that obtained CFP certificate in China.

She was in charge of corporate business and personal wealth management service in Bank of China and received the first place of Wealth Management Consultant category in Nanjing Finance Industry Competition. As an investment manager in Standard Chartered Bank, she provided professional and customised financial consulting and expertise support to her clients. She was the manager of Asset Allocation Professional Research Group in China in 2013 at Standard Chartered Bank. The research group was one of the earliest Robot Advisor R&D groups in China.

Xie Fei is involved in Willan Group business development in China, especially in Shanghai and Nanjing city and explore new business opportunities.

Elviona OngOffice Manager
has more than over 11 years of work experience in business administration in real estate and business consultancy companies.

In her prior positions, she oversees the smooth operation of office and supports senior management teams.

Elviona holds a bachelor degree in business administration. Elviona oversees the day to day administration of the Willan as well as our funds.

Joanne LerSenior Accountant
has over 12 years of experience in audit and accounting across various industries.

She is involved in external auditing, preparation of accounting records and working with banks and lawyers in financing matters previously.

In addition to the audit industry, she has spend considerably time working in real estate related companies. Joanne is a member of ACCA.

Joanne oversees the finance functions of Willan and is involved in the Willan compliance obligation, for example periodic financial reporting in accordance to compliance requirements.
